Our Trip to Disney!

It really is the most magical place on earth.

We had such an awesome day. The kids were so well behaved, even at the end of the day when we had been there for 12 hours, they never fussed or cried or threw tantrums. I was giddy with excitement when we pulled into the parking lot, just because I knew Savannah was going to be blown away by the entire experience. We took the ferry from the parking lot to the park and the first time she spotted Cinderella's Castle, her face was just glowing. When we were walking towards it on Main Street, we kept asking if she could see it but she was too short in the stroller- then when she spotted it she started wiggling in her stroller and we couldn't get there fast enough! There happened to be a stage production going on with some of the princesses and Peter Pan, so we stopped to watch that and she was trying to hard not to smile, but couldn't help it!

Looking at the castle with Daddy.

Watching the princesses dance on stage.

Landon just hanging out in the stroller.

Our first ride- the Mad Hatter's tea party! She was so excited waiting in line and tried to help spin the tea cup around.

Disney has changed things a lot since the last time we were there. Instead of the characters all walking around and being accessible, they are all on schedules and it is kind of annoying. They have these lines to meet the characters, which actually makes it a lot worse than it used to be when you could just go up to them. But they've built this "tent" where you can go meet the princesses- this was definitely at the top of our list. We had to wait about 15 minutes in line, and then you are taken back in batches into this room where the princesses are waiting. Every second we waited in that line was worth it for the look on her face when she saw Cinderella and Belle waiting in the room. She was so good, waiting patiently for her turn and then she got to meet Cinderella!

Showing off her Tinker Bell shirt and light up shoes.

A hug from Cinderella!

Giving Cinderella a kiss on the cheek and one last hug.

The lipstick on her cheek from her kiss from Cinderella.

With Belle- she very proudly told Belle that her name is Savannah Belle- Belle asked if maybe she was named after Savannah?

Meeting Ariel. She ran right up and climbed on her lap!

The princesses were all so sweet. It was nice that she could spend a few minutes with each of them. They are so into character, it really is pretty awesome. Savannah was absolutely beaming after meeting them, it was so awesome to see.

With Grandma and Grandaddy waiting for Snow White.

Showing the pixie dust she got in her hair!

Mommy and Savannah on Dumbo.

Mommy, Grandma and Savannah on 'It's a Small World'. LOVE her cheesy grin!

Landon pointing things out on 'It's a Small World'.

It was such an awesome day, I am so glad we were able to take her. And Landon too, but it was really Savannah's day and definitely one we will never forget.
