So Far Behind

Now that we are down to one computer and it is upstairs, it is getting harder and harder for me to update the blog regularly! I am so far behind on posts and things going on in our lives!! Brad will be home for the next two days, so I promise I will do a proper update with him to help with the kid for 5 minutes! But for now I will leave you with some photos of the kids, by the light of the tree...

Last week we were sitting at the table, eating dinner. I had fixed grilled cheese sandwiches, and split one between Savannah and Landon. I tore off the soft parts for Landon, and threw the crust to the dogs. Savannah grabbed the crust out of Boone's mouth and I saw it in her hand, so I asked her what she had. She replied, "Landon's boy cheese."

My mind couldn't keep up with her almost-three-year-old logic, so I asked her again what she had. She answered again, "Landon's boy cheese."

Still processing, I asked her what was on her plate. She said, "My girl cheese sandwich." So I asked what Brad had and she said, "That's hims boy cheese." And I was told I had a girl cheese sandwich. 

Apparently she must think that grilled cheese is actually special cheese just for girls. Once I caught on, I couldn't stop laughing- you've got to love that logic!!
